To keep the "Timeshare for Rent / Sale by owners" message board clean and fair towards other renters and rentees, duplicate listings of the same units are not allowed.

If an user persists in this behavior, that user will risk being banned from the bulletin board.

People are posting in the wrong forum. It getting to be alot lately. Perhaps you can remove posts? They are in the for sale by owner forum. People posting I'm looking to buy week.... whatever. Its getting crazy.
