All 1-bdrm units sleep 6. The Lanai Unit 41 has 2 walk outs directly to the outside/beach. It has a Washer and Dryer, 2 Bathrooms with showers, Huge Master Bedroom with a lot of closet space and Master Bath with 2 sinks. It faces the Holiday Inn side - actually right across from the where the grill is at Playa Linda near Carlitto's Bar. Best Unit, IMO.

Process is - Call or e-mail Playa Linda to verify ownership - make sure the owner's name and ADDRESS on file with Playa Linda. Then you can safely send a check to THAT address so you know that it's going to the right place.
